Somewhere Island accommodates up to 14 guests across seven beach villas, each with its own private 45-metre infinity pool, dedicated private chef, butler, and personal jetty. Nowhere Island — the two-villa companion island — is available exclusively as a full buyout for one group, anchored by a 2,300-square-metre Presidential Residence with a 28-metre pool.

Somewhere Island villas range from 1,177 sqm three-bedroom residences to 1,396 sqm four-bedroom residences, each featuring a 45-metre infinity pool, a private chef dedicated to that villa alone, a personal butler, a 40-metre private jetty, and a Saxdor 400 GTO yacht available for the exclusive use of that villa. Nowhere Island is available only as a full buyout and features the Presidential Residence — a five-bedroom, 2,300+ sqm private compound with a 28m x 8m pool.

Every villa has a dedicated private chef who creates bespoke menus daily, drawing from the finest ingredients available in Baa Atoll — freshly caught fish, locally grown produce, and globally sourced premium products. There are no set meal times and no shared dining spaces between villa groups. Safar — the signature restaurant situated on the jetty connecting the two islands — offers a communal dining option for guests who choose it, serving a contemporary menu drawing from global culinary traditions.

.Here Baa Atoll is located within the Baa Atoll UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, 130km from Velana International Airport in Male. The resort is reached by a 30-minute seaplane transfer, arriving directly to a private lagoon. There are no shared arrivals — each guest group arrives and departs entirely independently.
