The art programme
JOALI Maldives was conceived from its foundation as an art experience — not a resort with art added to it. The owners commissioned works from internationally significant artists with briefs to integrate their work into the island's physical environment. The result: sculptures emerging from the lagoon surface, installations woven into the jungle canopy, carved coral patterns on architectural surfaces, and villa interiors where furniture, textiles, and lighting are themselves artistic statements.

The dining programme
Five restaurants — the most diverse culinary programme in Raa Atoll. Saoke serves Southeast Asian cuisine with wok cooking and wood-fire grilling. Vanttj Finolhu is the Japanese-inspired overwater restaurant with exceptional technical precision. Bellini is the Italian signature with handmade pasta. Raakani serves Maldivian and international cuisine all day. Mura Bar delivers cocktails at the lagoon edge at sunset. JOALI BEING access
JOALI BEING — the Maldives' only dedicated immersive wellness island — is in the same atoll and accessible by boat.
